United Partners launched the commercial real estate strategy in 2016 with the aim of acquiring and operating logistics and industrial properties in the Baltic States. In 2022 we launched a social infrastructure strategy – Frontida with the focus on healthcare real estate. Our logistics portfolio is comprised of the distribution centers of the leading regional companies and healthcare portfolio of elderly care homes operated by reputable service providers. We partner with both private and institutional investors, while remaining a significant investor in our own strategies.
