Our history
2003
We founded United Partners to provide corporate finance advisory services in the rapidly developing Baltic economies, utilising our extensive networks and experience to our clients' benefit.
In the 20 years we have been operating, we have successfully advised on transactions worth more than €700M.

2006
First private equity investments
Expanded our value proposition from advisory services to direct equity investments and made our first investments that year. To date, we have made more than 25 investments, ranging from industrials to technology companies, and have successfully exited from 6 companies.
2013
First real estate investments
We extended our investment horizon to the field of real estate, starting with residential developments. In cooperation with our partners, we have completed eight developments, totalling more than 10 000 m2.
2016
Baltic Logistics Portfolio 1
Established our second real estate investment strategy, focusing on the logistics real estate sector of the Baltic States.
An operating portfolio of 5 properties, comprising 81 000 m2 and valued at €80M+, is continuously seeking investment opportunities with plans to grow significantly.
2018
Equity United
We raised institutional capital and established a growth equity fund aimed at fast-growing Baltic companies. During the active investment period of the fund we have financed companies operating in a range of sectors, from renewable energy to ICT.
