Responsibilities
- Evaluating new investment opportunities by assessing the attractiveness of potential new deals and forming a view on the industry, business model and company
- Preparing and presenting investment memos, financial models, and valuation analyses
- Conducting due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, including industry-specific research and financial analyses
- Monitoring existing investments including providing additional resources and analyses to portfolio company management teams
- Maintaining investment databases
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree completed or currently enrolled in Finance, Economics or a STEM program
- Desire to pursue a career as an investment professional
- Demonstrated ability to succeed with limited supervision
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Estonian and English
